Looks like the job system gets a big overhaul via the "armory" system. If you put on a shield and armor you become a tank and if you put on a robe and staff you become a caster. It says something about being able to specialize in a certain profession but the info so far is pretty vague. It seems like they are making a casual friendly FFXI.

i was hoping they would give out some updates on ff14. what im kinda hoping for is that they stick with those super difficult grp missions that had a sort-of-story line. i wouldnt mind instances but I cant lie and really enjoyed the "hunt" for those sky monsters to be the first to tag gets the claim. idk something was fun about scouting and tracking then having the joy of watching the jps watch us get sky loot which you know they were prolly cursing us out. however i did hate all to hell waiting for the week long spawn times on shit like behemoth that was literally impossible for an NA to get the claim

PS. we all know uglysmurf got byakkos pants and that other sick ass drop when he soloed him

lawl, its just a hobby for me, im talkin like pizza and beer payment :-P if you wanted to, you could roll up to my pad and check my computer out and decide for your self, its not that hard to assemble and load up soft ware. But if you feel better about having "pros" do it, id suggest maybe googleing a local computer store to where you live. I am not to sure on the Box Stores....too many kids just looking for a pay check then to give 2 shits about what there working on.

Most office packs come with multiple installs/registration keys (check the box or CD case if you still have them).

Not too sure about the windows XP install. It's not just a recovery disk right?

Technet subscribers and Computer Engineers/Science students can get it ahead of time ;) All 3 computers here have it installed and activated for free.
