Gold that's in the bank doesn't count towards peoples totals (for like the Top Gold Users or w/e), is this intended? I think it's lameeee

The guy designed it that way since eventually I will turn on the option where people will have a chance at stealing your gold. The bank is safe from theft. But it will be some time to balance the options anyways.
