Other games! (Bioshok 2, AVP, TF2, etc)

So..anyone gonna snag Bioshok 2 or Aliens vs Predator? I had no idea the Aliens vs Predator is like TF2 but well, with marines, aliens and predators..

I was a huge fan of Bioshock. I loved the Any Rynd philosophical theme behind it. It was creepy, yet still somehow whimsical in a sense, which I loved. I'll try to pick it up when I got time. I currently have a huge back up of games that need some lovin'. Mass effect 1&2, Batman Arkham Asylum, Risen, Borderlands...yeaaah.

Mass Effect 1 is brutal. Far too much dialogue in that game with not enough action and the fighting system kinda sucks ass in ME1.

ME2 is supposed to be much more fast passed. I've had me1 forever, played it for like 8 hours and just couldn't do it anymore, so I'm going to move onto me2 since I know it catches you up to speed.

I'm going to get Heavy Rain when it comes out. That's the game I'm all over. I'm sure nobody else here would give a shit about the game, since you don't blow shit up or rape monkeys or anything like that, but I'm going to be all over it once I read a few reviews, just incase it's a total bomb, don't wanna drop 60 bucks on total shit.

Heavy Rain does look good. I heard good things about Farenheight, so hopefully this should be good too. I love the whole noir feeling. <3 The Great Gatsby.

I've beat Mass Effect 1,2 and Bioshock.

Mass Effect is awesome, but its all about story, so if you don't enjoy that kinda thing yeah, its gonna suck. Mass Effect 2 has a lot of story, sorry Drood. But yeah its great.


Looking forward to Bioshock 2.

I absolutely loved the game System Shock 2 and found BioShock as an amazing continuation of the style. I am really looking forward to Bioshock2 as a result.

Battlefield: Bad Company 2.. anyone else snagging this?

I can't bring myself to pick up B:BC2, I'm too ingrained in Modern Warfare 2, it does just about everything right!!

I still need to look into picking up Heavy Rain, but going to wait till it comes down in price, should be another week or 2 before my store drops it in price. I just don't wanna drop 60 bucks on a game I don't really have time for atm lol.

Though I am thinking about reducing the amount of time in WoW and focus on console gaming again...
