Yeh you can exploit Naxx pretty hard as a mage or a hunter, and I guess as a warlock now too. You stand on the ledge of some wall and pull the slimes + ghouls. The "Evade" bug will kick in but if you keep attempting to hit the slimes (wand or gun) the ghouls will run back and reset but the slimes will stay with you. Then its an easy but lenghty kite, and the whole process plus respawns will take you over an hour.

But hey, Naxx trashmob epics? I would do it!
