Anybody play this game? My brother gave it to me for a graduation present and i thought id fool around with it since it was free. Sadly it was a used copy of the game, so i gotta get some account info somewhere to actually play the game.

Or maybe a free trial thingy i know they give those out, anybody know where to get a free trial code for games like city of heroes?

Or anybody got an old account they wanna let me barrow for a few days to see what this game is about?

call their customer service and tell them that you got the game used, they will give you a new account key

Thats odd the graphics look better than WoW, and the difference in every character is nuts. I haven't seen anyone who looks anything like me yet.

I'm a giant melee who flies and runs like the wind. I gotta be 9 feet tall over a ton weight. Of course named, RAYNE OF TERROR! I look kick ass to and flying around is the shit. I haven't seen anything bad about the game yet, and guilds have their own bases thats sick.

I haven't figured out the crafting system yet but it looks cool to. I doubt id ever replace wow with this but for my few weeks of vacation when i'm bored its something to do.

I can't remember what server i'm on though, takes me 5 tries to find the right one on the list lol.

i play like an hour a day i'm level 8 for goodness sake. I'll be back on wow in a heartbeat if i can leave when i want. I'm not ready to come back yet and raid for 8 hours and if i wanna go i can't.

The only complaint i've had so far is most of the instances look the same. Maybe it changes as you get higher level and i have been doing missions in pretty much only 2 areas. My name is Rayne of Terror if you see me online i can sidekick you and we can do missions together or something.

My trial is almost over i think, i don't play very often so the chances of just seeing me online is low. I made 1 badguy a 3 foot tall devil looking guy.

My friend played city of heroes for a couple months, some things to realize, or at least what he told me.

-no tradeskills
-limited economy
-little/no quests
-llittle/no storyline

It's just COMBAT COMBAT COMBAT all the time, which after a while is like wow pvp but less fun and less variety. Idk that's just what he told me. I think endgame just consists of pvp pretty much. Probably a little fun esp. at the beginning though, and it's something different!

Its the same shit day after day, fun for a week but stops quickly. Glad i only played a free trial. I'm ganna do a free trial of star wars next.
