don't know how many of you are slashdotters, but you might want to check out digg.com. it's similar to /. in several ways, except that the frontpage articles aren't selected by an editor/moderator, they're voted to the front page by the users themselves. digg.com is kevin rose's latest project. (if you know him, great. if not, you might just want to ignore this post alltogether).
