I HATE stupidity!!!!!

Help me!!!!

I do alot of work at the Xcel Arena in St Paul, MN where the Minnesota Wild play, and I have a very great contact there (Mark), and he has an almost equal (Keith) who never gives any direction in writing and never has time to explain anything. Although it is a very minor issue, and will not cost us anything there has been confusion in his voice mails and verbal instructions, so in an effert to eliminate any confusion I sent him this, with Marks knowledge:

Keith -

I just talked to Mark. He mentioned we were NOT supposed to have 2 small carts (tops) only one. When I met with you, we talked, and I wrote down Quantity of 2 carts at 60” long, and we discussed one with a cutout, and I double checked as we finished up at Headwaters (restaurant within the arena), plus the other day before we finally cut the hole in one cart I said the ‘2’ short carts, only one has a hole cutout, and it’s 4” from front and end. Mark is telling me one of the short carts gets a longer top? I am very confused…………..am I not understanding what you want? Could I get from you from now on everything you expect from me in writing because I am in deep fear I will be giving you something wrong.

So the guys leaves my a voice meassage stating he doesn't really know what he wants and he will CALL back later..........isn't it clear that I needed something in writing? Or am I a complete idiot?

Stupid and inconsiderate people probably better off in life becuase stupid people don't know that they are stupid and inconsiderate people don't care that they are inconsiderate. Those of us that are neither have the burden of dealing with these type of people for our whole lives.

Give him a couple slabs of wood with some wheels on it... call it a cart and your done. If he wants some holes in it whip out the power drill and go to town. If he doesnt give specific instructions how could he expect anything of worth

What we do to avoid confusion especialy on special order items is send a drawing with dimensions. That way the ones that dont read can have a picture! Just a thought.
