An interesting theory

For those of you that don't know, the Blizzard main mage has been replaced with This

If you look closely you will see 2 runes, one on either side. The right one appears to be a Hel Rune and the left appears to be a Sheal Rune, both are items that were in the Diablo series.

The counter arguement to that theory is that Blizzard will be using the Diablo runes for the Deathknight rune system somehow.

THe plot thickens...

Also, a little while ago, there was supposedly a leak on plans for Diablo 3 or something. I think they were proven fake though. I would definitely like to see another Diablo though.

I don't remember exactly, but in the skills list for the Death Knight didn't it mention the number of runes needed to cast it and in that number it said either a color or element?

Why did people even link the runes to deathknights? Blizzard won't have a splash page just to introduce a new class. They didn't for the Blood Elves and Draenei, why now?
