For those who are interested Rokrayne, Myself, Vanora, Vak, and Tsikura (part timer) have established a guild on Aion online. It's a casual scene at the moment, working on leveling and of course striving towards endgame raiding and pvp. The game is being polished but has a great upside, the pvp is pretty insane. We are keeping the mood light and fun, and intend to keep it as such.

Don't wanna take any raiders from the current WoW roster and cause any problems but if anyone is interested please contact me via pm. Be warned i do not want to put any kind of dent in the current WoW raid roster so i will be informing Vathral of any raiders interested.

Either way, it feels good to see our guild span over so many games, Eqoa, FFxi, Eq2, Wow, and now Aion...Next year FFxVI!

I have a ton of friends trying to get me to play this. Seriously, what is the deal with the game? Are the graphics decent or will it blow up my comp like EQ did post Nexus?

I dunno. I have issues with new games. I haven't looked at anything since you got me into WoW, what? 4 years ago pretty much? I played EQ forever too, refusing to step away from it til SOMEONE hooked me on WoW *coughaamriecough*

Well its pretty fun imo, the grind to 25 is rough but once you get 25+ stuff gets fun. did a 5 man instance last night followed by some elite farming and it was awesome went from 1 bar in at 25 to half way through 26. There are many repeatable quests that drop coins which you can collect and turn in for random greens, that you can either equip or sell. There is so much i could type for days...the pvp aspect is uncpmpared thus far imo, controlling areas as a faction lowers ah commisions, lowers vendor prices as well. Earning Abyss points gets pimp gear, as well as accomplishments for your guild.

lots of cool stuff, graphics, gliding, pvp, repeatable quests, stigma skills, sockets at any level and no color requirements. Not needing food and drink to replenish health/mana, being able to eat a food buff on the fly without sitting for 10 seconds. rez stones, portable rez points for pvp battles.....it goes on and on.

personally I am loving the game, i also do not mind a grindy game because i can regulate how much money i make and dont make by just grinding out coin quests. 6 man parties helps so you can ass a chanter to spot heal when needed.

Most of that was greek to me darlin. I dunno. Does it have a free trial yet? I would hate to go buy a game that I end up loathing.
