At most major stores/videogame stores
Major stores: Target, Wal-mart, etc
Videogame stores: EB Games

If you don't have those around you, try thinking of similar types of stores. WoW's a pretty popular game and a lot of people are jumping on the bandwagon of getting people their fix.

In EVE online they actually condone and even support with in game item and game forums dedicated to time card trading for in game currency. When they implemented it it nearly completely killed the business that the ISK traders had almost overnight.
