Did anyone try the NeoTokyo mod for HL2 thats based on Ghost In the Shell/Akira?

I know some of my friend tried it, and said it was pretty good. I myself, have not though.

Looking at it, it looks really good, but I can't help but feel they pulled heavy influence from Ghost in the Shell.
