Don Hertzfeld. I bought "Rejected" on DVD. The audio commentary is worth the price by itself. Its pure amazing, funny as funny can be.
If you werent aware the movie is a joke and the ads weren't actually made for a company. I saw him at a film festival here and he said that his friends were talking about how many people he turns down to make ads for. So he said maybe once i'll make something really stupid and nasty and send it to them and see what they do. This is where Rejected came from.
The movie was set to play on Cartoon Network, during adult swim hour. But the FCC pulled it at the last min cause of the word Jesus. Don was going to go in and change Jesus to Je'sus, but he decided not to.
I love the part when the guy says, Sweet Jesus! Its really funny and i'm glad he didn't change it.
If your intrested Don has a lot more movies, he even won an Oscar. Lily and Jim is the best one ever! Billy's Ballon is good to.
His first movie ever is called, Ah, La'amour I suggest finding that and watching it, its priceless.
His animation festival goes around the country, him and Mike Judge are the leads in it. Don's movie, Intermission IN THE 3RD DIMENSION, is awesome. Id pay to go see him again just to see that movie.
