A few guildies wanted to see my UI so I'll post a few screenshots that show it off.
It's a edited version of this guys UI I found on WoWInterface, basically I stole his lua and re-did some of it.

How do you function only the two rows of action bars though?

I just use the blizzard action bars, there are three bars on the side of the screen where I have spells that are keybinded, and I have them hidden, but normally their viewable on mouseover.
