Recently restored my account which was subject to lots of suspicious activity. Almost all of my items are missing. Looking for some guidance from someone who has been in the same boat.

Apparently they "have no record of the items ever being lost". Funny how that happens....

They won't have a record because if the hack happened too long ago, they will have no logs of your items ever being removed. Info of a toon doesn't last forever.
